CEO RICHARD HOGG
Richard is a founding director at Royce Tech. He is a tech industry veteran whose career in the sector has spanned three decades and three continents. He launched a number of successful products in Asia before developing new brands in the UK based on those successes in the early 00¡¯s. He has previously worked in both the B2B and B2C sectors across Europe including setting up tech hubs in Romania and Estonia. Richard founded Royce Tech in 2021.
Director Peter Xiao
Peter has over 15 years in finance across Asia and Europe. He qualified in the UK and has represented both corporates and high net worth family offices during his career. Peter brings with him an impressive client portfolio and will manage the finances across the Group. He is fluent in Mandarin, and English.
CTO Max Yang
Max is an experienced CTO with decades of experience across all of Asia. He has proven track record of developing teams and systems from the ground up.
